Sinead Corcoran, Marketing Director at J. Kings and Creative Director with Digital Motion has received one of the highest achievements in the Long Island business world. Sinead was recently honored in the 2007 Long Island Business News Top 50 Women on Long Island Awards.
Sinead Corcoran has been a leader in the food industry for more than 20 years, bringing both her culinary talents and marketing expertise to many of Long Island’s top restaurants and food establishments. An accomplished Chef formally trained in Europe, she brings a great deal of culinary insight to her projects, and her marketing counsel is instrumental in helping customers build their businesses. Her unique combination of strong culinary skills and innovative business/marketing ideas have been instrumental in helping to grow many local restaurants and catering businesses throughout the region.
Her outstanding work in developing and executing the J. Kings Culinary Spectacular has been recognized by the International Food service Distributors Association- who in 2006 honored the work of Sinead and her team by presenting them with three first place “Diamond Awards” in the organization’s annual IFDA Value-Ad Marketing Competition. The national award recognized excellence and innovation in food service marketing, and was presented in recognition of three separate programs that Sinead spearheaded.
In addition, Sinead has also been honored for her role in the J. Kings “cause marketing campaign” that she helped develop and execute: the J. Kings “Great Meals. Great Cause. Great Neighbors.” Program. This unique award- winning restaurant initiative helped to raise more than $30,000 for three local breast cancer organizations, and she was instrumental in the program’s success. Throughout her career, Sinead has been recognized in the industry for her groundbreaking work in food service marketing, and has received numerous awards for her culinary accomplishments. |
