Objective

The opportunity to increase existing customer usage with a new age instrument geared to the needs of  ever-increasing cashless transactions was seen as critical to PAX/Café Europa’s continued growth.  Existing- proprietary –programs did not meet the many tiered needs of PAX/Café Europa.

Solution

Digital Motion created a re-loadable transaction card, integrated into a sophisticated rewards program tied to frequency of use.  The instrument—The Food Pass—is seen  as a simple and accessible tool by the consumer; it can be used not only at PAX/Café Europa’s 20 locations, but at a growing number of multiple site food chains.  The rewards incentives were developed by Digital Motion marketing group to integrate with the FoodPass.
